These crackers are loaded even without a topping.
You can see some of the five grains baked right into them, and the taste screams "wheat," too.
The nutrition information says there's five grams of fiber in each serving of 13 crackers, which also includes 4.5 grams of fat, 4 grams of sugar and 260 milligrams of sodium.
You can taste all of that, too. The crackers are crisp and slightly sweet, with a sprinkling of salt, and when I picked them up after taking the above picture, they left a spotty grease stain. Yick.
Overall, though, they're good -- and they taste healthy.
