Exstended Stay style Hotel. Clean, affordable and convient

If you're visiting a town for more then a week or 2 and are looking for an affordable hotel Sun Suites offers very affordable exstended stay rates, Clean rooms with addiquite space and utility kitchens. This could also be an opption if you are waiting to move in to a new home or apartment and need some place to stay befor your new residence is available.

Recently I was in the need of an exstended stay hotel while I was traveling around the country on business. I had been staying in budget hotels and motels in order to save money, but even at $40-50 an night those cheap hotels were becoming exspensive as I was on the road for a couple months and staying in one town for a week or 2 at a time. Some of the budget hotels are borderline exceptable. I'm a pretty easy going person that can roll with the punches and rough it for a few days with out complaint, but after a while you get tired of laying out good money for meger digs. I started looking into exstended stay hotels while in the Atlanta Metro area. I had googled exstended stays around the area and most were pretty low rent and not any better then the budget motels I had been staying in the past few weeks, some even worse. I finaly ran across Sun Suites. I had never heard of them befor, but It was getting late and figured worst case I'm back at the same hotel for one more night till I can find something else. I went and checked it out and was pleasently suprised at the quality of the room. They offer 1 and 2 bed suites that are fairly roomy. If you have a 1 bed room there is a good size floor space so you don't feel clostrophobic. The room is furnished with a queen sized beed, night stand with 2 drawers, a lounge chair, small table with 2 chairs, small dresser and closet area and a utility kitchen with 2 burner stove, microwave, mini fridge and sink. The cabintes are stocked with flateware and utensiles as well. Bathroom is fullsize. It's bigger then the ones in some apartments I've had. And everything is very clean and presentable. Housekeeping comes by twice a week. Once to exchange towels and restock toiletries and then again to do a full clean of the room and change sheets. They also offer basic cable with HBO and free wirless internet. Deffinate plus.

The price is very reasonable and they will match rates if someone in town offers a lower rate. I ended up saving about $30 price matching the In Town Suites a few miles away. The Rate for the week ended up being $241 with taxes. If you stay 3 weeks the rate goes down as well. The staff is very helpful and curtious. Even housekeeping leaves you alone if you want to sleep in a little on cleaning days.

I would recomend this to those that travel for long stays at a time and are looking for clean and comfortable rooms that you don't have to spend a small fortune on. The rates are very affordable over budget hotels and the eminities are convient. No need to eat out for every meal. You can stock up the fridge and cook your own meals. There's also laundry available on site.

In my short time on this planet I've discovered 3 things. Life's short, the world is a big place, no matter how small it may seem, and the only thing that can make you happy is being true to yourself … more
