Just got back from the most amazing hotel experience ever! The Parker is the best hotel to stay at in Palm Springs because you don't need to leave. You have everything you need, 2 pools (one of them is open 24 hours), restaurants, bar, lounge, Jonathan Adler design, a gorgeous landscape and great service from every member of the staff. Check the website for all of the other amenities I didn't mention. If you're debating on the price, just go for it! It's worth it.
This review is extra special because my husband and I are vegan which can be tough while traveling but the Parker went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. I emailed the generic reservation alias and asked if they could accommodate. The GM of the hotel replied and said he would have the Executive Head Chef of the property call me to ensure he understood what our food restrictions are. Sure enough, he called and said we would be taken care of. I was already impressed with the level of service we received before arriving to the hotel but it just continued to get better!
We had a separate vegan menu for the entire weekend and they also brought in ingredients they normally don't offer, like tofu and soyrizo. Every meal we had was delicious, filling and clearly thought out. We had the best time and definitely recommend the hotel. If you're vegan, you should call or email ahead of time and make sure they're ready for you.

I've wanted to check out The Parker for quite some time, so I was super excited I could stay here as a reward. I made the decision to extend my stay by two nights (and pay for it, since I'm out of points) … more
