A man driving while talking on his phone hits something in the road. A father watches his daughter leave the house. A store clerk plans a staged robbery so he can take the money in the register. Some young men driving around in his parent's van hit a girl in the road, resulting in a Bobbitt-like injury to one of the young men.     The young men are vandals, the daughter hatching a devious scheme, the driver was drunk, the store clerks are stupid, and the plot twists and thickens. …
