Bond makes every man want to go out and make a difference in the world!

Love the movie, it was actually the very first Bond movie I saw, (it was a few years later before I sat Dr. No). the movie reminds me of a time when one man could make a difference in the world. I think we have lost that. “Goldfinger” is near and dear to my heart since I am a Miami Beach native. For me Sean Connery is the “Gold Standard” of all the James Bond’s. He just exudes suave and debonair. In fact if you look those two words up in the dictionary it should have his picture nest to it!!! It is Sean Connery as Bond that makes me wish I can wear a tuxedo everyday!

I love how each bond movie's music was appropiate for the time. They became very popular with each release of the fim. Of course the opening standard tune for all the movies still gets my blood up when I hear it.

Looking back on when some of the Bond films were made I am amazed that they got away with some of the characters names. It just doesn't get any more metaphorically graphic for Bond's character than "Pussy Galore"!!! I love it.

This movie is just plain fun, great entertainment. You lose yourself in it and all the cares of the world while watching it. For me, Bond makes every man want to go out and make a difference in the world!

I remember reading somewheres that when Honor Blackman says "My name is Pussy Galore" Bond was supposed to say "I'm sure you are but whats your name?" Gold.

There is no doubt that Bond was King back in the 60's. Had the crowning moments to many in the series to make one of if not the best. The woman in gold, the evil bastard Goldfinger, his smug killer Oddjob and Pussy Galore. This movie rocks.

Love the movie and all the Bond songs. Goldfinger is near and dear to my heart since I am a Miami Beach native. About 15 years after the movie release I met Oddjob who was a condo neighbor of a friend of mine. He was still an impressively strong man then.
