This film is not in any way a classic film but it is still an entertaining flick that would at least warrant a rental. Nothing new since The Birds and all that but it still seems fresh and moves at a nice pace.

KAW      I remember watching the Birds and even the second one when I was real little; I never understood why people thought it was so scary. Pros: mercifully short     Cons: actors, story, ravens     The Bottom Line:   “What this grim, ungainly, ghastly, gaunt, and ominous bird of yore   Meant in croaking Nevermore”  ~Edgar Allen Poe     When you are done pulling your knuckle hairs out one-by-one and are totally backed into a corner with nothing to do, try walking on the wild side with Kaw. Kaw is actually the poor man’s Hitchcock …

Wayne is moving with his wife, Cynthia (Kristin Booth) to the big city and is leaving the town of his childhood behind. A bizarre murder, a midday shooting, and a tragic traffic accident all seem to be caused by a large flock …

The story begins when a small town chief of police is getting ready to retire. On his last day a huge flock of angry Ravens attack all the towns' people. This is where the resemblance to Hitchcock ends.     The acting isn't that bad, and I've seen much worse, so no big complaints there. But the characters …
