Pilates Conditioning for Weight Loss is #1 for a reason--it works out every part of your body (down to your toes), it was filmed on Maui so it is gorgeous, and it offers three skill levels, but all on the same screen. I found this greatly helpful because I can do about 75% of the workout at the advanced level but, due to my knees or lack of spinal flexibility, I sometimes have to follow the moderate level.
