Based off of the novel by John Grisham and directed by Sydney Pollack, in The Firm Mitch McDeere (Tom Cruise) graduates from law school and enters the job market.

He accepts an unbelievable offer from a law firm, then quickly learns why they pay so well. Mitch goes on the run from once he finally finds out The Firm's secret.

The Firm is an exciting movie, however the book was better.

A few of the scenes felt like they could have been shot better, making The Firm rank in at number 10 on the Top 10 Tom Cruise Movies.
