A fun but cheap looking horror film from HG Lewis.

Gore-Gore Girls is one of my favorite H.G. Lewis films. But the film has a sleazy and shoe string quality and feel to it. The director gave Henny Youngman lines that were mostly one liners. While it was an interesting touch however whenever he strayed from his one liners his lack of acting talent showed big time. The set pieces were interesting and gory but everything else about this film had a cheap 70's porno film aura. The print I saw was shot on that old faded Eastman color. Like most of H.G. Lewis' films no one takes it seriously and that's what I enjoy about this movie, it's cheesy and campy fun.
Recommended for HG Lewis fans.
