I can't argue with freshness and the Air Witch Freshmatic delivers that. I put this one in my bathroom and it delivers as promised.
You can set the bursts to for different intervals of time. If you choose the maximum of every 36 minutes, the unit is supposed to last up to 60 days. I can definitely tell if the unit sprayed recently b/c the scent is lovely. I think the timed spraying does a better job than the warming units since I always seem to get used to those and don't notice the scent as much.
The downside of the interval spraying is that it scared me. I was standing right next to it when it decided to SPRAY. There is a "puff" sound and visible spray that comes out of the top of the unitI jumped and laughed at myself for a bit until it happened again a couple of days later, Then I started thinking about being the line of fire for this thing and it lost a few "cool" points with me.
In my opinion, the unit works in two ways:
1. The sprays effectively get the scent into the room
2. The unit will scare you so that whatever oder is in the room is the least of your worries.
