two photos have different contrasts and color saturation, which one is closer?

It's hard to say since the original has faded somewhat and most current prints have had the colors heightened. Rackham never used a great deal of color to begin with since it wasn't really his style and it was cheaper to print using less color. The reason I upload the two was so that there would be a high resolution quality image and then the smaller one to show the color variant. Which do you prefer?
