An occasional sanity saver!

I'll do anything to get her to sleep! I was one of those parents that thought I would not let her get used to falling asleep with any help, I will not spoil her, I will not hold her too much, etc... Well, then we got this as a 'hand-me-down', so what do you do when you have a tired crying baby and a Boppy swing in front of you? That's right, you guessed it! Another 3 minutes and she is sleeping. Every parent's dream!

The only downside to this baby gadget is that it runs on batteries and they are not easily accessible, you have to unscrew about 6 screws before you get to them (what new parent has that kind of time?). Also, you have to position them in a specific way so that they work - but maybe that just comes with use (after 2 babies).

This baby seems to love it! (this is not my daughter)

I'm sure this is asking too much, but the carrier looks like a baby car seat. It isn't one, is it?

I've been on the hunt for all things baby lately, and I am going to keep this review in mind for when I am looking for swings. There are so many different brands and styles out there that it's almost too overwhelming to choose, so reviews are definitely helpful! I already own a Boppy pillow and only hear great things about the brand, so I would imagine the same would go for their swing!

It is great just because it is so portable, if I had a big swing I would not be able to easily take it with me from bedroom to kitchen when I need to!
