"Mark Twain once said that if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that is probably the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long." (Page 5 in Eat That Frog!)
Most of us are procrastinating on something that must be accomplished for us to move forward and achieve success. Yet we delay and come up with a million excuses why it isn't happening. We turn to social media to waste even more time.
In short chapters loaded with easy-to-apply material, Brian Tracy in Eat That Frog! gives readers 21 different methods of overcoming procrastination. I read a chapter a day and appreciated the sound counsel. I plan to read this book from time to time and reapply the information to my daily life. I highly recommend this book.
