My dog really loves these rawhide covered treats. She loves to chew on anything and she gets occupied trying to get the rawhide off the tasty lamb treat inside. It’s quite fun to watch and it keeps the incorrigible little beast occupied for a while, giving me a little peace and entertainment.
These appear to be made of healthy ingredients, which is a plus.
The only thing that I don’t love about these treats is the rawhide. I have a French bulldog who is prone to chocking on rawhide because she chews it up into a mushy mess and then it might get stuck in her throat.
Thus, when she is chewing these treats I have to watch to make sure she doesn’t choke on the rawhide and sometimes either take the rawhide husk away from her after she has devoured the treat inside, or let her chew on it for a while under supervision.
Otherwise, this treat works well with my dog.
