I don't eat cereal, but I started eating this stuff recently because Mini Wheats are among the few foods that taste good and are good for you.  In combination with a banana and a glass of orange juice, a bowl of Mini Wheats is a great breakfast that also quite healthy.

A lot of fiber in these little guys. You definitely need to have something to wash it down with though or it might hurt your insides, or so I've heard.

These don't really hurt my insides, but you're better off drinking something to go with it.

before I did experience such a thing as 'too much fiber' and well, after that I tend to watch my intake.
