Not the best, but not the worst.

Pros: The service

Cons: The price and food quality

Being an actress, I've been to many different Planet Hollywoods. I enjoy looking at all the different paraphenalia from all of those movies, although I've been told that a great deal of it is fake. That really is disappointing. Considering that is the reason people go to Planet Hollywood in the first place and not for the food, it's no wonder that the company has gone bankrupt.
The food is all right. I like their L.A. Lasagna the best, so I usually get that. I highly recommend the chicken Crunch for an appetizer - Chicken strips coated with Captain Crunch cereal, fried, and served with honey mustard dressing. For desert, I always get the Lethal Weapon Brownie. (It used to be called Ebony and Ivory, but they changed it for some reason.) It's the absolute best thing on the menu. The prices aren't *that* bad, although a little more expensive than what the food is worth.
I must say, however, that my friend and I had two really great waiters. Their names were Dave and John, and they were really great. They made sure that my friend and I had everything we needed. They even posed for a couple of pictures with us.
the Hard Rock Cafe in Chicago was *much* better. If you have to choose between the two, don't waste your time at Planet Hollywood.

Pros: good service, no wait, great food     Cons: Struggling business, too bright, kind of pricey     I have been to several Planet Hollywood restaurants in the United States. From New York to Nashville, every menu has been the same. My mother was completely against going to Planet Hollywood for lunch while we were in New Orleans, but I begged her. (It's a hobby of mine to collect pins from Planet Hollywood and the Hard Rock Cafe.) We were walking down Decatur …

Pros: Convenient to locate downtown     Cons: Wait line too long     We went to Chicago on a business trip in the summer of 1998. We had heard of Planet Hollywood and wanted to check it out. We were hoping to run into Michael Jordan since he was noted for dining there. We parked in the underground garage which was well-lit and secure. When we got to the restaurant's entrance, we expected the long line waiting before us. We had visited other Planet Hollywood …

Pros: Lethal Weapon Brownie; Got Meal for Free Since Service Was So Terrible     Cons: TERRIBLE Service!!! Everything was absolutely ice cold. Server was rude-- Manager had to apologize for everything.     I have been to Atlanta many times, including for the Olympics in 1996. When I go to a major city, I try my best to patronize Planet Hollywood and The Hard Rock Cafe, and buy a pin. I have been to many of these restaurants.      The Planet …
