I moved from Connecticut to Houston a few weeks ago, and along the way seem to have misplaced the headset I use with my iPhone, a V-MODA Vibe II In-Ear Noise-Isolating Metal Headphone with Universal One-Button Mic (Nero), so this Logitech headset came around at just the right time. Considering that the Logitech is less than half the cost of the other, it's an entirely adequate and functional replacement. As is usual for headsets of this kind, a variety of rubber earbud pieces makes it easy to find a snug fit without making it feel like you're vacuum-sealing your head. The rubbery cord actually feels nicer to the hand than the woven cord of the V-MODA set, and also helps resist tangling. I'm hoping this headset has a good, long useful life. That's generally been my experience with Logitech products in the past (I'm typing this review on a Logitech keyboard), but I tend to give my iPhone -- and thus my iPhone headset -- a pretty energetic workout. I'll have to report back on that part later. But for now, I'm very satisfied with what seems like a fine headset, both for speaking on the phone and for listening to music or podcasts.
