I am tough sell when it comes to eye shadow primers because I am darned oily.
Having said that, Urban Decay's Primer Potion DELIVERS! When I go all out, I reach for this stuff. Liner, mascara, and eye shadow don't stand a chance with this amazing stuff, as it all stays put. For most of the day, anyway. I do see a tiny bit of meltdown a few hours later, but I am pretty sure that is with just a few of us oily, oily broads.

Is it worth the $25 at sephora.com? You better believe it. There is nothing in the drugstores like this product.

I love me some Urban Decay but I have to admit this was a disappointment when I tried it ages ago. I find cake primers to work much better. Have you tried Two-Faced's First Base? I should really do a review on it. AWESOME. The also have Second Base, which is a cake primer with some shimmer to it. Lovely.

Ooooh, I've gotta try this stuff! I've been using MAC shadestick, which is good when I want a tint of color underneath my eyeshadow, but I've been looking for something that's clear like this!

I must give it a whirl- my eye makeup has faded by the time I make it to work!

No, I will have to check it out! I have indeed tried other Urban Decay products . Their body powder is GREAT! They make them in Marshmallow and Chocolate, and both are yummy and sparkly and just a fun, girly thing to have. That's what I love about the whole line: blingy!

Thanks for sharing this, I have never used a primer I would buy again- I will have to try this one out. Have you seen the review by @liasol of Urban Decay Mascara? Have you used any other products by them- I'd love to hear more reviews.

Sin Eyeshadow Primer
Urban Decay - Beauty With An Edge    I've used Urban Decay products for several years and am consistently impressed by the quality of their products.  One product in particular that I started using this winter, an eyeshadow primer called "Sin" has really impressed me.     This lotion - or potion - is applied to a clean and properly moisturized eyelid prior to applying eye makeup.     The primer contains oodles of silicone which creates …

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
UD's Eyeshadow Primer potion is a classic "must-have" product that i've known about for years, but have never used myself. i didn't ever have the whole "eyeshaodow fade out" problem. my lids aren't oily either, so shadows never creased.     the reason i decided to try this was becasue i thought enough is enough, i've heard too much about this stuff-- i need to try it for myself; let's see what it will do for me...    umm, wow!     first …

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Primers to me always sound like a waste of money ... until you try them.  Once you get your hot little hands on a good primer you will wonder how you ever lived without it.     Urban Decay's Primer Potion is one primer that I can't live without. Why?  Have you ever looked in the mirror after a long day only to find that your greasy lids ruined your makeup? Hello, crease city.  Or even worse by the end of the day you have no eyeshadow on at all.     Tragedy! …
