The BEST flatbread pizza I've ever had

I normally prefer thicker bread for pizza, but this place makes the BEST flatbread pizza I've ever had. The pizza is always fresh, because they make it in the restaurant RIGHT in front of you. Well, it depends where you're sitting. We got the front row seat right next to the giant brick oven where they were stuffin' all those all-natural pizzas to be baked. It was really entertaining to watch the guy turn the pizzas w/ the giant paddle thing, so I didn't mind the fact that the left side of my face was melting off.

The whole meal was great start to finish. First, we had the caramelized cauliflower soup, then our two personalized flatbread pizzas fresh out of the oven, then the apple tart a la mode. Mmmm... You must get dessert here! They bake it fresh too! And a really cool thing about this place is that they have a section in the menu that always changes, so there's always something new to try.

The service was excellent. The wait was short for 2 people... we thought it was going to take an hour judging from all the people waiting, but we were sat in about 15 minutes.

I believe it is only open for pizza Friday and Saturdays. It's usually a bakery during the weekdays. If I'm ever up here again, I'm definitely coming back!

You took a baking class? That's awesome! Any unique recipes? Would love to hear about them. We have a category made specifically for recipes, which you can find under "Original Writing" when creating a new data point.

yeah, we made some in baking class! It was delicious! It's so fun creating your own pizza with different ingredients. I made one with tomato and basil, and then a sweet one with pineapple, apples, yellow bell peppers, red onions and slivered almonds. What did you put on yours?

I made pizza at home for the first time last weekend and ended up with a pretty thin crust. Used a premade crust mix from Trader Joe's. Every try making your own?

Sure, you may have tried the frozen Full of Life Flatbreads from the grocery store freezer, but have you been to the home of those flatbreads in Los Alamos, California? THAT'S where the magic really is.      You know it's good because I feel lucky that it's ONLY a 40-minute drive away. Yes, I'll drive nearly two hours in a night just to eat there.      There are few other reasons to be in Los Alamos, but at least there's plenty of beautiful spots for hiking …
