Creme' de la Creme' of Pizza.

I've been pretty vocal about pizza lately but I would be lo if I didn't bring up a chain, a small chain that is a standard by which all Pizza's should be judged: Nick N' Willy's.

Spread out mostly west in Colorado and in a few other areas and when I moved I was happy to see one in the location I moved to since I became a weekly, or at least biweekly customer to these quaint little pizza restaraunts.

A nice menu with top notch quality of Pizza available. They may not have the variety of Pizza types like Pizza Hut does but what they do provide is a Pizza that is like none other. Lots of cheese, great meats and baked to perfection. They also have take n' bake available. To my knowledge though they don't deliver, but thats not a major issue for me.

Now, the wings. I am a chicken wing fanatic. I love them. I even spent the night outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings once for the grand opening for a free food for a year prize and I gotta say that Nick N' Willy's wings are the best wings on the planet. Better then Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, Tailgaters, Streets of New York or any Chinese Buffet. They are THAT good. They only come in one variety of a spicy mild but they are GOOD. An order of 9 if phenominal with juicy baked meat ready to fall off the bone and cooked just right. Perfection.

Both of the locations I've been in have a sit down bar stool area and smaller tables to sit at with the fountain drink station nearby. A flat panal TV is above the prep area where you can see your food prepared and put in the stove. One location had a fire oven with wooden serving tool to move the food around in. The one I go to now has the kind of convyor belt oven style but still tastes good.

If you have one near you, Nick N' Willy's is certainly worth finding out and trying. A bit pricy maybe but if you want mouth watering pizza and the best wings on the planet, Nick N Willys-there is no substitution.
