Pincho Factory is located in the South Miami area on SW 40th St (Bird Rd) and a few blocks from Bird Bowl (between 97th and 102nd ave).
The restaurant is pretty small, and sits on a random plaza. about 8 tables total and small grills.
Pinchos are pretty much kabobs without vegetables, just pure meat. they are prepared in well done condition and they literally fly out of the skewer easily. and they're grilled. You can also dip it in a variety of sauces. (Beef, chicken, and steak options ranging from $3.50 to $4)
Burgers, you have the standard burger, or you can go for the special ones like the pincho burger (burger with special sauce) or some with the off the menu types such as the Toston Burger (Burger with Tostones as the buns).
Fries, you have variety. like bacon cheese and ranch fries. or chocolate covered fries.
Essentially prices are pretty much under $10, but satisfaction is always guaranteed as they do take their time to provide the legendary taste that makes you wanting to go back for more

the fries are pretty much heart attack worthy. but another place to check out for a sandwich joint is Sarussi (a large sandwich order is like 2 footlongs!)
