Saigon Star: A star indeed!
Saigon Star (西貢星) is THE BEST Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to. It's a small outlet with less than 20 tables and can be found on Highway 7 in the neighborhood of Richmond Hill which is north of downtown Toronto. This place is often packed with diners at night and if you really want to get a table easily, it's best you come in the day on a working week! Otherwise, you'll either have to visit before 5.30 pm or after 8.30 pm.      The food here is awesome. …
