Still funny, still painful to watch

I've loved this show since I started watching it during season 3 and I've been rewatching the episodes I have on DVD because I'm excited about the season 8 premiere. The show is still funny after replaying the old episodes and of course, still painful to watch since Larry David's character is the ultimate jerk.

There's so many moments in life where I end up thinking back to an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm like when I eat sponge cake, I think, "it's like eating a delicious sponge", thinking someone is honking at me when the AAMCO commercial comes on the radio, and counting the number of shrimp in my kung pao shrimp.

But of course I think everyone has had trouble opening up plastic packages that feel impossible to open and seem to have more security than any bank vault. For those moments, I think of this:

At the very least, this show makes me want to be the complete opposite of Larry David... even though he's funny.

Great write-up! I love this show, it's a nice change to root for an a-hole lol. When I was working in Santa Monica, across from a private school, I saw him pull up to pick up a kid. I kept looking out for camera crews because the thought of him being trusted to pick up any kid was hilarious to me. Then, when I didn't see any, I was a little too intimidated to go say hi!

Hahah that's pretty funny, I would think the same thing especially after all the incidents in the show he had with kids even in the first show of the new season.
