A guilty pleasure... Gordon Ramsey's a bit of a fox when he gets all fired up, though I'd pop him in the mouth if he talked to me like that...

How do some of these people get on the show when they can't cook? I realize that there needs to be some diversity - yet even the line cooks have a hard time keeping up. This current season (Fall 2010) has the most bizarre people on it (like Sabrina and Raj). If I didn't know better, I would say these two are "plants" to add drama to the show. With that said, I still watch the show, week after week.

This is one of my favorite shows of all time. Ramsey is so great, and he is able to really push everyone to be their best in an environment that is stressful and fast-paced. Even though he is a little harsh, I think that his standards are very high and he expects perfection. Can't we all learn from that?

Not a fan. At all.

Hell's Kitchen, season five, is a reality television show where 16 aspiring chefs want to win the grand prize -- a spot as the Executive Chef at Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. But to do that, they have to impress Master Chef Gordon Ramsay. Ramsey is known for his demand for perfection and his colorful language as the chefs either crack under the pressure or rise to the challenge.     The chefs are divided into Red and Blue teams. They must pass a series of challenges. …

Don't tell me who won- I can't wait to catch the finale of Hell's Kitchen! Dave is super nice but, I think Kevin is the better chef.

It's like rubbernecking at a car crash, but in an obviously crappy restaurant with obviously crabby patrons and everyone is yelling. In other words, it's a really funny show.  Also, everyone always says G-Rams is "really cute," and I don't understand it. I'm not a fan of botox by any means, but I want to stab him in the forehead with pumped up needles.  Love you Rams!

Is it just me or does Gordon get more fiery with each new season? Ok, so we get the play on the title of Hell's Kitchen in NYC and also hell being hot and as the saying goes "if its too hot get out of the kitchen"...but the show is not called Satan's Lair. The Brits already have a show called "The Devil's Den" and they are even nicer than Gordon.    While I don't get into the reality show business and I think my life is far more interesting than what they put up for these shows …

I used to love Hell's Kitchen. Watching a crazy chef yell random insults at inspiring culinary students was the best way to end a long day. "You doughnut!" or "Come here, you little gremlin!" quickly became common phrases among my friends and me. But then I went to France and visited some cousins. The topic of reality TV came up, and I mentioned that Hell's Kitchen was one of my favorites. Then, I heard a relative speak these words that changed my opinions: "It's basically 60 minutes of him needlessly …

About this tv show

Wiki

Hell's Kitchen is an American reality TV show starring renowned British chef Gordon Ramsay. It first debuted in May 2005, and is scheduled to run for up to at least 7 seasons. The show places aspiring chefs in competition against one another in teams. When the teams become small enough in size, they are merged together, and chefs work individually while competing directly against one another. The top prize is usually a top chef position at a new restaurant. Hell's Kitchen is modeled after a series by the same title in the UK and features a similar format for competition.
