Annoying and confusing

Pros: Reality of damage and repair requirements are interesting

Cons: Inability to turn off co-driver voice, lack of variety of scenery

First and foremost for me, you cannot turn off the co-driver. The voices get very monotonous but are, for me, impossible to ignore. I know this adds a level of reality, but, like being able to turn blood off or different colors in shooter games, this is a level of reality I would like to be able to control by turning it off.

The graphics are only so-so. The scenery is not varied enough for there to be much difference from one location to another--weather alone seems to be the only variant that really changes the look.

The controls are far more sluggish than in other driving games. I haven't played other rally sport games, so this sluggishness could be part of the reality that is just lost on me and is otherwise ok.

I played the game for about 4 hours before deciding that it wasn't the kind of game for me. If driving in the middle of nowhere with an incomprehensible series of numbers and directions are being listed for you would tend to be more dull than not, then avoid this game.
