Zombies on my iPhone!

I am not a big gamer. Most of the games I play on my iPhone are word finds and block puzzles, just time wasters to distract me from weirdos on the subway. But I download a few shoot-em-up games to make my husband happy while we're waiting for tables at restaurants.

He thought I was silly to get this one for him because of all the girly-looking sunflowers, but then we both got addicted to it, and I soon spent $20 for the full version to put on my laptop. This is SO ADDICTIVE.

The zombies are really kind of adorable, in my opinion. And if you don't agree with me (I happen to like zombies anyway), you can enjoy the adorable flowers and mushrooms that are fighting the zombie horde attacking your house.

On top of the great animation, which I would expect for a $2.99 iPhone app, this game offers multiple screens that keep unfolding new opportunities for improving your zombie fighting skills. It is not, like so many other iPhone apps, the same game OVER and OVER again.

Warning. As I said, this is addictive. I missed my bus fighting zombies on the way home the other night. So embarassing! Oh well. I did in fact clear the screen. Yay me. LOL.

Here's the link to the iTunes Store for Plants vs. Zombies.
Or check out the PopCap Games site if you're interested in exploring the big computer-sized game.
Zombies on my iPhone! Zombies on my iPhone! Zombies on my iPhone! Zombies on my iPhone! Zombies on my iPhone!

I'm trying so hard not to get addicted to iPhone games!  The only ones I have so far is the bubble wrap one, and Words with Friends, and coincidentally, one of my friends is trying really hard to get me to download Plants vs. Zombies.  Between you and him, this is beginning to sound a little cult'ish. ...Yet so tempting!  I just might ;P

OMG it is totally a cult, completely addicting - I say just say NO if you want to be at all productive! It is way too much fun! LOL

Zombies are ready to take over your home and the only weapon you have is 49 zombie killer plants. Your only hope is to turn the zombies to mush before they make it to your door. Your resources are limited so you have to think and act quickly if you want to survive.    I was playing this game last week and I was so engrossed in it that I forgot that it is just a game. My husband kept laughing at me because I would get all frustrated and cuss out the stupid zombies. It was a lot …

A few weeks ago, I bought Zuma's Revenge because I liked the original Zuma. Well, on that PopCap PC game, there were several trial games, one being Plants Vs. Zombies.    "How stupid", I thought. But for some reason, I decided to install the trial version to see what it was.    Holy cow, talk about instant addiction!    I won't describe the game because it's been done here ad infinitum, but just know this game is SO FUN and addicting! I …
