I wasn't too fond of the original Tomb Raider, but I was still heavily interested in this sequel when it was first released. This was a huge improvement as it not only expanded on the world, but it focused a little more on the action and it had a better story. Tomb Raider II is by far my favorite of the original series.

I give the first game a 3 and a half or a four, but this one was just a blast. The game play just rocks. I really enjoyed the third game, too, but this one stands out in my memory more.

It's universal that this one is the best, and I spent some late hours getting through it when I first got it. It was such an improvement. I would like to replay it though.

The best of the original series in many folk eyes.
