Geeksugar.com is part of a larger collection of "sugar.com" websites. It's their technical site that deals with gadgets, websites and all things geeky.
One of the things I love about this site (and the rest of the sugar sites) is they monitor the comments section. I actually stopped going to tech sites like
engadget.com due to the horrible bickering that goes on with their readers. While you would think that the comments would be not as important as the sites content it is actually usually a good source of additional information.
I also might be partial to them as their company is ran on Mac. Since they use Mac they talk about it and do many posts on topics that are Mac specific. It feels like home to someone like me. They are trying to be more cross platform and give equal love to the PC'ers out there though.
How would they have gotten 5 stars? If they were just a little bit faster with posting current news. I do however understand that there is a process that a company of their size must go through with approvals, fact checking and the such.
They tweet as well
www.twitter,com/geeksugar but I find the tweets are mostly just an RSS feed of their posts. Occasionally you get an extra little geek tweet.
