I don't think I've ever met anyone who had such an appreciation for Bach to word it as well as you did in "the music of Bach is too sublime to be discussed like this." Indeed, the word sublime is best to describe even a single pairing of notes, be it in a fugue, prelude, or bourée.

Pat's in Philly is famous but honestly it was such a long time ago (8 years, I think) that I don't even remember where it was. I do remember getting the sandwich and eating it outside. It hit the spot!
