Loved this guy ever since I saw my first episode of Food911. Down to earth, recipes are awesome (check out some of his drool-worthy pics), and supports organizations like Feed America. Did I mention he cooks? Almost too good to be true.

More of a running commentary on food than actual recipes, though he does have the creds: authored numerous cookbooks and was a judge on Iron Chef America and Cooking Under Fire. The random comments are highly enjoyable.

used to think the only eating disorder I wanted to read about was vegetarianism. but now "reading" Bruni's Born Round (audio book)—it's grt
