If you like very detailed costumes, Touch of Ireland probably has just about everything. Want to be a Disney Princess? Irish maiden? The selection is incredible and is growing all the time. Decoy seems to be a more obscure shop on a fairly well-trafficked sim, but if you do some hunting you'll see that they have very nicely detailed clothing at prices that won't kill you. Freebie warehouses are great. MIA West World. The best freebie warehouse. Everything is free from seasonal decorations (check back around holiday time) to clothing and more. I have bought several items from TESLA, since I've discovered the joy of sculpted shoes. They look a lot more realistic than traditional prim shoes and your av's feet look less funny. The selection isn't huge, but I'd consider it good-sized and well-worth a look. My latest purchase was a pair of red boots (photo attached).

Although I don't attend lots of formal events, I am always on the lookout for well-done formals that don't have the overly-poofy silhouettes so common on less-talented designers' work.
