In an Old Fashion Glass: Crush 3, or 4 berries (Blackberry, Raspberry Add 2 parts Irish Whiskey (60ml, 2 Oz) 1/2 part Celtic Crossing (15 ml, 1/2 Oz) 1/2 part Irish Mist (15 ml, 1/2 Oz) Cracked ice to top Fill with Soda.
60 ml (2 oz) Irish whiskey Honey to taste Soda water In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the honey and whiskey until it dissolves, add ice and fill with soda water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon peel.
3 parts (Bushmills Black Bush) Irish whiskey (50 ml, 1 3/4 Oz) 1 part (Kahlua) coffee liqueur (25ml, 3/4 Oz) Pour over ice cubes Stir and let sit for one minute. Serve in Whiskey Sour Glass with a cherry.
2 shots Irish whiskey 1 shot Bailey's Irish cream Place ice in glass, then Bailey's, then add the whiskey slowly and stir until mixed. Serve in Old-Fashioned Glass

15ml, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth 15ml, 1/2 oz (Tullamore Dew) Irish whiskey 30ml, 1/2 oz Stone's® ginger wine 1 dash Angostura® bitters 60ml, 2 oz lemonade Wash an old-fashioned glass with bitters. Add vermouth, whiskey and wine. Top with lemonade, to taste, and serve. Serve in: Old-Fashioned Glass

60 ml, 2 oz Irish whiskey 15ml, 1/2 oz lemon juice 5-10ml, 1/4 oz sugar syrup 1/2 egg white Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve in: Cocktail Glass
Irish Blackthorn 40ml, 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey 40ml, 1 1/2 oz dry vermouth 3 dashes Pernod (or substitute) 3 dashes Angostura® bitters Pour into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice. Stir well, and serve.
