Here is the recipe/information for the Acrobat:      THE ACROBAT A bubbly cocktail in a Highball Glass Ingredients: 2 oz Whisky (I suggest Bourbon)   1 oz Cointreau   1 oz  Lime Juice   Ice Cubes   Cider    Lime Wedge  Instructions: Stir all ingredients except for cider into a highball glass filled with ice.  Fill the glass the rest of the way with cider and garnish with a lime wedge.      …
