My favorite source of replenishing nutrients after a long bicycle ride, and is filling enough to kick hunger pangs without actually filling you up.
Chocolate chip cookies have been my favorite for quite some time now and I didn't think there was much room for improvement. But the added touch of banana really puts these cookies over the top!
Not my favorite flavor in the world, but Bananas are full of potassium which is essential for balancing sodium and hydrating your cells!
I only like these in banana bread, and half rotten at that :P wish i liked them more b/c they're loaded with potassium and handy snacks!
Mmmmm, so yummy in shakes, smoothies, pudding, pie, sliced up in oatmeal, cereal and yogurt, or just eaten as is!
