One of the top Chinese restaurants in Singapore & HK. Also available in Shanghai. Dimsum, ramen & traditional chinese dishes are available.
The only seafood I tried to steer clear of, especially when it's raw! I got sick at least twice from eating raw oyster. Food poisoning!
It's exotic, it's French, it's for the adventurous. I simply love it!
Prawns...the bigger the better are my favorite. I used to go to a place called The Edge when I was dating my husband...best prawns in town!
Best I've ever had was in Brussels. They are also very fresh in Chile coasts.
Crabs from Vancouver & Sri Lanka are best! Fleshy and juicy. Best cooked with curry or chili too. I like it HOT!
