The name of this restaurant says it all. The menu is packed with all of the comfort food and decadent desserts you could ever want or desire. And what's lovely about this restaurant is that it is truly a hidden gem. There's always a staple of customers scattered amidst the cozy tables, but never so packed you can't get a seat. It's quaint, charming and the perfect laid back eatery when you just want to fill a craving but don't want to have to dress to the nines.

The menu contains all of the healthy diet no-no's: Stuffed French toast filled with walnut cream cheese, bananas foster (a combo of rum caramel sauce, whip cream, and waffles), chicken pot pie, tuna melts, quiche, and three cheese grilled cheese. If you go, DO NOT turn down their creamy chicken wild rice soup and wickedly delicious white chicken spinach lasagna. Though it's extremely difficult to save room for their desserts, you must try! There is always a delightful selection of fresh cookies, brownies, rhubarb bread pudding, lemon cheesecake, and chocolate mousse cake. All are perfect with a cup of brewed coffee (or one of their vino selections).

Café Cravings also has a drive-thru, which is exceptional if you're in a hurry, love take out or don't feel like being seen in public. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Hidden Gem? Looks like you'd much prefer to keep the goodies to yourself... :-) No pictures? Well, luckily I'm not living in that neighborhood, otherwise I've no idea how to stay clear of good food! As it is I should be on diet!
