So I wrote a review of this book yesterday, but it has somehow disappeared, which I am not liking, but I will write a new one. This book is a compelling story, which is a little slow to start off with, but the mystery is there right from the start, leaving you wondering, what is this book really all about? Well, most importantly, it is about Lisbeth Salander, the girl who everyone screws with, even though she is one bad ass women who always gets her revenge. Then there is Mikael Blomkvist, a journalist who has had a patch of bad luck. Trying to redeem himself, he travels to the countryside, to help the aging Henrik Vanger solve the mystery of his niece who went missing many years ago. The story unites Salander and Blomkvist, and they make a wonderful team. Threw it all there is mystery, seduction, and murder. These two are always on the go trying to stay one step ahead of the people who haunt them. You wont be disappointed, as they are on top of their game, and while they come close to being beaten down, they always end up ahead. You will most definetely have to read the other 2 books in the series, and it only gets better.
