Mr. Bean is certainly a highlight in early 90's British comedy.  While Mr. Bean can be compared to Pee Wee Herman in that they're both "children trapped in men's bodies," I like Mr. Bean a lot more because he's made to feel much more believable in his sheer clumsiness and anti-social behavior, while Pee Wee seemed to be made more "likeable."      Here's a rather funny highlight of the show, and a good reason why Mr. Bean and the dentist …

Out of all the DVD sets that I've bought this one has been viewed the most, over and over again. The reason for its appeal is the brilliant physical comedy of Rowan Atkinson. You'll laugh as Bean tries to go to sleep, is late for the dentist, fears the diving board and, my favorite, tries not to fall asleep in church. Every episode is filled with fun for the entire family(with the exception of the swimming pool episode, where Bean's backside is bared). …
