Survivor Heroes and Villains Revert to Old Strategies & Bad Habits

This episode of Survivor Heroes vs Villains really showed the Villains tribe in a new lite, well technically an old lite: they are still bad asses. I really enjoyed seeing the Villains tribe have to strategize. There are some great ones on that tribe, Rob, Russell and to a degree Coach. He's more of an emotional player though and I'm surprised he promised both Parvati and Randy his vote yet claims to be the only honest one there? Makes no sense, but he's crazy and that's why people love to hate him. Then we have Jerri who is playing up to her Outback personality which I'm happy for. Jerri is best when she's catty and that she was tonight after wanting to punch Parvati. Unfortunately she didn't do that, but it would have been great TV!

Over on the Heroes tribe we had Candice become a crazy lady! I guess we shouldn't be surprised considering she mutinied on her old tribe in Cook Islands but I'm glad to see she's at least trying to play the game. I still can't stand James though. He's a bad sport and I'm surprised it took people three seasons of James to start disliking his game play like I do. He's boring to watch and seriously I wish he wasn't given a third chance. He surely isn't winning the fan vote. If he does, it's rigged. It was at least nice to see the tribe bond together with the chickens and that rolled over into the challenge as the Heroes tribe beat out their Villains competitors each and every round.

That finally sent the Villains to Tribal Council where Coach and Sandra got into a small spat. I kind of missed Sandra as she's great to fight with. She's very outspoken and she's once again one of favorites. Now if she would only say "I can get loud too!" one more time she'd be my favorite of the season. It was sad to see Randy go as he really wanted to be there. Parvati ended up staying but that could be Russell's downfall. When it comes to next week I'm SO glad that the Hidden Idol will be back in play. Hopefully we see them playing a reward challenge as its been MIA this season. Who do you want to see go home and do you think it was smart to send Randy home over Parvati?

I agree with you about both James and Candice. I can't believe that Russell buried the machete! He needs to be voted out!

I thought it was good TV that Russell is back to his old tricks. Burying the machete and threatening that he might even take Boston Rob's famed hat was pretty entertaining. I still say that if you get a chance to get Cirie out, you take it. She will never help you in a challenge and she is very sneaky. They probably should have taken Parvati out. She is monumentally more dangerous in the game than Randy.

Women Mud Wrestlers in Survivor's 20th Season, Episode 3
This episode was by far the worst one of the season! It made me angry, annoyed, and uninterested in continuing the show. Episode three was a reminder of how low reality television can sink and how little substance they actually have upon closer scrutiny.      First off, there was a major lack of nature and environment scenes, which I have come to expect from Survivor episodes. The beginning was impressive with the fast-paced growth of mushrooms on the island as well as multiple …

Survivor Heroes vs. Villains Episode 3
The third episode of Survivor Heroes vs. Villains offers up some interesting moments from a strategic perspective. Last time, Stephenie was sent home. Her exit indicates that the strategy sessions are well underway on the Heroes tribe. Who will go home this week? Let's find out by looking at the events of this episode.      After the second tribal council of the season comes to a close, we see the Heroes' tribe walk back to camp. There is some tension between Tom and James …
