If you love to travel and have a competitive spirit, this show is for you.  I have been watching The Amazing Race since it premiered.  Talk about the ultimate race around the world.  I admit that the show has gotten a little like its reality show counterparts over the years by using gimmicks such as having midgets or a deaf contestant, but for the most part, this show is still about the rigors of traveling around the world and competing in challenges along the way.  My husband and I enjoy seeing places we have been, and we even get travel ideas from the race.  A few years ago we went to Iguazu Falls in Argentina and took a speed boat underneath the world's second biggest waterfalls after seeing it on The Amazing Race.  Definitely a show worth watching.

Oh my. So hard to choose. I really liked the one that the two really hot gay guys Chip and Reiken (spelling?) won. I can't remember which season that was. I have watched so many that it is hard to choose.

This show is so much fun to watch! Not only does it take you all over the world, but it also examines the dynamics of relationships and how they respond to stress. You really get a true idea of who each of the participants really are after seeing them put under extreme stress. Its hard not to get into the show and get an adrenaline rush when they're nearing the end of the race.

About this tv show

Wiki

The Amazing Race is a reality game show on CBS in which teams of two race around the world competing in different challenges against other teams. Teams appearing on the show have pre-existing relationships and have included, sisters, cousins, and parents with children. Throughout the competition, contestants travel to and within multiple countries in a variety of transportation modes, including planes, taxis, rental cars, trains, boats, buses and even wild animals. During each leg of the race, teams battle to arrive at "pit stops", where they have the opportunity to win prizes and avoid elimination or a disadvantage in a following competition. Competitors are given clues during each leg, requiring them to perform tasks and help them advance in the race. Teams are eliminated throughout the competition until three remain. From there, the final teams battle to the finish line to be awarded with a $1 million dollar grand prize.
