Beef, ox tail, eggplant, string beans, celery, okra, tripe in simmered sauce based off peanut butter. It is the centerpiece of Pinoy feasts. Goes well with Adobo and lumpia.

Sounds delicious!!! I'd have to ask the many Filipinos in HK if there's any great Filipino restaurant there! :D
