Whether you are going to use this as your main source of diet or as snack drink, for your daily afternoon tea spot or you just want something to drink once or three times a day, this is the perfect drink for your system. This flavored Vanilla Ice cream protein drink is made by bodylogix, is one of the several varieties that they have to offer. All adults alike will love this drink and how it will help your system. We got our 2 pound container of 100% natural Whey Protein from our neighborhood Meijer's store for only $18.99 for a total of 31 servings per container. The main thing to remember is that this has 24 grams of protein per serving and naturally sweetened, and has a very private blend of whey protein isolate and concentrate whey peptides. This also comes in smaller containers but you will be able to save more money by purchasing this larger container. The one pound container will cost you about 12 dollars and this two pound container costs only 18.00. So, you will not only save money you will get more product for your money.

Ingredients
This has only the highest quality protein blend (a low temp cross flow micro-filtratiion whey protein isolate, ultrafiltered whey protein concentrate and hydrolyzed whey peptides), natural flavors and these ingredients and flavors include an enzyme blend of (protease I, II, and lactase amylase), soy lecithin, rebiana (stevia extract), and erythritol.

Nutritional Facts
Currently each of these 2 pound containers have 31 servings and they 115 calories per serving, with 10 calories from fat. There is 1g of total fat and 0.5g of saturated fat, and 0g of trans fat. This also has 10mg of cholesterol, 40mg of sodium, 200mg of potassium, you will also get 3g of carbohydrates, and 1g of sugar, and 0g of dietary fiber. This has 0% of vitamin C, A, iron, and 15% of calcium. The enzyme blend of this product is 300mg of protease I, II, latase, and amylase.

My wife and I think that this vanilla ice cream tastes great just like a vanilla shake and we think that if you can put up with the way that this may affect your system, you will probably lose a lot of weight. This drink does not affect my system at all but this makes my wife's stomach a little on the uneasy side. This tastes good enough that you will not think that this is a protein drink. This comes in a very large 2 pound container, that is white and has a grey and yellow label. This product that is inside is made of powder and this product and will last an entire month if you use this properly during the whole week. If you are keeping count, each of these servings will allow you to mix this with one cup of water (8 ounces). These are just about the same size as the small scoop that you have lying in your excess drawer of measuring cups. This container of flavored drink doesn't have any after bitter taste, if you plan to drink three three times a day you will love the taste. We usually don't have to add anything to make the taste any better.

This vanilla flavored drink has a nice smooth milky taste to it, you can add lemon or any fruit to this and it will only enhance and add to the flavor of it. Once you drink this vanilla ice cream drink, you may not want to stop after you finish just one, this could cause your stomach to be upset. The taste will exceed your expectations and I urge to stop you from drinking more than one in place of your meals. This flavored drink is a permanent fixture inside of our cabinet. This seems to be the best flavored drink to have around the house for our diet, and if you add one or two containers a month to your cabinets you will never run out. I have only had a couple of problems with these flavored drinks and that is that when you first open the individual containers, you have to watch because you have to worry about the small seal falling all over the floor. The second thing is that there have been times that you may want to drink this more than three times a day, but this is when your will power needs to kick in so that you do not hurt your stomach.

This will cleanse your system and it will feel funny at first, but that feeling goes away after a few days. As long as you follow the directions which are 1 flavored drink 3 times a day in place of your meals. You should probably start out slow, so that you don't get turned off by the affects of this drink has on your body. You will definitely have more bowel movements, at least we did, and probably you will most definitely have some gas to go along with the extra bowel movements. We have found that if you start out slow during your first week of drinking this flavored drink you will feel a lot better. These have increased our energy and will reduce you BMI in a hurry.

Conclusion
I highly recommend adding one of these flavored protein drinks to your daily diet. They will disappear right before your eyes. You and your spouse will be surprised at how much weight you will start to lose. Having this around helps you, instead of grabbing the sweet snacks you can grab one of these shakes. This is not bad for only 18 dollars a container. Just because this is a protein drink, you do not have to go to a special meeting to purchase these. You usually can find these in your pharmacy isle at Meijer's, right next to the non-diet protein drinks. Just use your will power and stay away from those. You should notice a weight loss in the first week and you will have a lot more energy. My wife and have both lost a few pounds in the first two weeks, but it will take some will power to change the way that you eat and exercise. You can lose a lot more if you also exercise while you are drinking this drink.
