My wife and I are always looking for something to put some zip into our dinners and lunches. The easiest way that we have found to do that is by purchasing a bunch of bottles of Kraft Italian House Dressing and the bigger the bottle and the better your salad or meals will taste. Spice up your dinner with Kraft Italian house dressing. You can find this at your local grocery store for only $3.50 a bottle or you can purchase this from you local club (Sam's or CostCo)store in a 6 pack to save even more money.

Ingredients
What it takes to make this dressing is canola and soybean oil, water, vinegar, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, 2% of salt, dried onions, egg yolks, spice, parmesan and ramaono made from cow's milk cheese, skim milk, cultured cheese, enazymes, lemon juice concentrate, dried red bell peppers, dried carrots, xanthan gum, calcium disodium edta as a preservative.

Nutritional Values
You will have 120 calories per serving and 110 from fat. The total fat is 12 grams, saturated fat is 1.5 grams, cholesterol is less than 5 milligrams, sodium is a whopping 230 milligrams, total carbohydrates2 grams, dietary fiber 0 grams, sugars 1 gram, 0 grams of protein. This has absolutely no percentages of vitamins such as calcium, iron, vitamin A and C. This also has 0 trans fat, and all of these numbers are based on a 2000 calories a day diet.

Experience
I have been using some kind of Kraft product for 20 to thirty years, but most of the time we used it for a salad. Now, we have used it for marinating chicken breasts and other main dishes. This puts a little bit of zip on your meals that you would not normally get if you just threw it into the oven and baked your dish. With the olive oil and zesty lemon juice this will make anything that you put on to have a much sweeter taste to it. When you let your chicken sit in this dressing overnight you will be in for a nice surprise the next day. If you like Italian then you will love anything that this touches, such as any fish on the grill, and from steaks to pork chops, this dressing just makes everything taste really sweet. This will help any meal put out more flavor than what you could have put out on your own.

This is why we purchase this in a case, these 16 ounce bottles contain a lot of dressing and you will probably use one whole bottle for each meal. Whenever you want to add some spice to your meal and are not sure of how much or what to add, then you can use this dressing. You can put this on anything and it will make your mouth water.

Conclusion
This is traditionally used for salads, but dressings have come a long way from just dressing up your salads. Yes, we still use this on our salad, but the more important thing is the versatility of this dressing will add to your repertoire of cooking recipes.
