Honestly, I usually do more cardio than weight training. When I do use weights I tend to use whatever we have in the gym in my apartment. They're not free weights but hey they do the job in strength training and toning. Been a little out of my regular schedule but I do intend to go back to working out regularly which is why I ordered this through amazon's vine program.
I've only tried to use this using pull ups, some sit ups and modified push ups. So far it has done the job and I do feel the burn. I like doing push ups and pull ups with this tower. It is fun to work with and doesn't occupy a lot of space. It is a little shorter than most towers I've seen, and it does do what it is supposed to do. It also has a spot where you can put your own weights but I tend to keep those aside anyway for safety. I've only had it for almost three weeks now, and have only used it twice so please bear with me if I cannot comment on how it will stand up to the pressure for periods of time.
I saw a review that says that it can get wobbly but mine feels solid enough to support me. I guess this would depend on room conditions (floor) that the product would have to be at its best when placed at an even spot. Now all I need to get a new pair of cross trainers and we'll be cooking primetime. Nice product and a good bang for the buck.
