Woven Wheat Wafers - not nearly as dainty as they sound!

I've always loved Triscuits. They're crunchy and even a little buttery - the perfect salty snack. However, as I've gotten older I've been checking the ingredient labels on packages more and more and realized that they contain a dirty little ingredient called MSG. NOT OK.

I was ready to move on and experiment with new crackers, but Trader Joe's saved the day (am I even surprised by this anymore, really?). They have a lot of "knock off" products in the store but I seriously have never tasted anything this close to the original. I might actually like them more, because I know they are much better for me!

Pros: You can count the ingredients on one hand, there is so MSG, and there is even a decent amount of protein and fiber in each serving!

Cons
: I can't keep them in the house!

TJ's product with MSG in it?  For shame.  Actually, I wouldn't mind a little MSG here and there if it weren't for the fact that it makes my belly hurt.  But for you to give it a +5 despite that fact must mean that this stuff is pretty darn tasty! ;P

Oh no! I meant to say that Triscuits have MSG, NOT the Trader Joe's version! Sorry for the confusion! You really have to try them. They are SO good.

Oh, phew! No belly aches for me then! Thanks for clearing that up :)
