Creamy Corn and Roasted Pepper Soup

The Creamy Corn and Roasted Pepper soup from Trader Joe's is extremely delicious. It's perfect blend of ingredients include sweet corn, roasted poblano peppers, potatoes and a touch of cilantro. It has a sweet taste upfront and then finishes with a little kick from the pepper. This soup is just as delicious as the one they serve at my favorite French Restaurant in Redondo Beach. The best part about this soup is all you have to do is tear the seal, pour into a bowl, and microwave for about a minute. You can have dinner served in about a minute and 2 grams of fat per serving. Enjoy!!!

You are right --Trader Joe's boxed soups are extremely delicious and convenient! I just tried the Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup last weekend and it was amazing. It's like regular tomato soup kicked up a notch (sorry to steal your catch phrase, Emeril). Love the convenience of the resealable box, too. Great review!
