Mattel Never Fails To Deliver With Their Annual Barbie!

  • Sep 24, 2011
I have been getting the annual Barbie for my daughter every year since 1996. We have the entire collection from this time stored in the original containers and kept on display. This year's model is just as good as always! The green makes her look even more beautiful. The star reviews above are really not applicable to this doll because it is not meant for playing but more to keep on display in your home. The doll is probably as durable as any other Barbie but taking it out of the container would diminish her value as a collectable. Do not miss this year's doll! Keep them coming!

I did not know that there were annual dolls. You're a great dad for doing that! :)

Thanks Debbie but actually you can thank my wife for pushing me.

I think it's really sweet. I so wanted a Barbie doll when I was a little kid, but never had one. By the time someone gifted me one when I was 12, I was too old for it :P

It's never to late to start. They look kind of cool in their containers and they are easy to keep dust free because the containers have flat surfaces. You may be able to get last year's still on Amazon. I know that these appreciate in value each year.
