I love Japanese food!  I just reviewed maguro and toro over the weekend and I'm hoping to review udon and ramen soon.  I have a friend who has been teaching English in Kagoshima for about a year now.  I just might have to make my way out to Japan to eat, and to visit my friend, too, of course  :)
