I went to San Francisco with my family and we all decided to stay at different places.  My mom and dad stayed here at Hotel Drisco.  We all shared our experience and I will review them all...

According to them: In a nutshell....

Location:  Very nice location. The hotel is in an upscale street in Pacific Heights with mansions surrounding it.  The room they were in had a great view. 

Staff:  The staff was very friendly.  They were actually impressed of how friendly the staff was. 

Amenities: The continental breakfast was better than they had expected.  Loved the wine and cheese in the afternoon.  And they had delicious chocolate chip cookies before bed!!!

Room:  Their room was the perfect size.  Not too small, not too big.  Bed was very very comfortable and the sheets were soft.  The room was always kept clean.  The decor is very European-like. 

My conclusion:  I'm jealous that I did not get free cookies before bed.  Oh! Yeah, and the free wine and cheese, I wish I would have gotten that too.  If you think you will like to stay at a "historic little hotel," then this might be the place for you!
