Although I've been to Las Vegas at least a dozen times, this was my first stay at The Bellagio and I loved everything about it! My room was quiet, comfortable and tastefully decorated with twice daily maid service that included complimentary chocolates as part of the turn down service. The bed and the bathtub were both fantastic! After a long day of shopping, I decided to pop up to my room and drop off my purchases. I was surprised to find a woman with a clipboard completing a quality assurance review of the maid service. She had a list of things that she was checking off to make sure that the room was done up to their very high standards.
I spent a wonderfully relaxing half day at the Spa where I received the best massage of my life! I ate several delicious meals from the in-room dining menu including a superb dish of braised short ribs. I also had a wonderful meal at Michael Mina. The concierge was very helpful in getting me an aisle seat to The Lion King at Mandalay Bay. I also had the best luck on the slots here of anywhere else I played all week.
I also appreciated the security at the guest elevators that prevents anyone from getting on the elevator without a room card.
As much as I was impressed by the amenities and beauty of The Bellagio, what really stood out for me the most was the impeccable service. Every single person I came in contact with treated me with courtesy. These guys really get it. Their people are their best asset!
Don't miss the Conservatory and the chocolate fountains at Jean Philippe Patisserie. And the tram that connects The Bellagio to the Crystals, Aria and the Monte Carlo is very convenient. A tram comes every 3 minutes so no waiting!
